Company profile
How to submit my company on Prakle?
First of all register on Prakle's website as a lawyer. After this you will have a submission process:
- 1. Company registration (company description, year of creation, website link, and languages your lawyers' talk)
- 2. Offices registration (if the company has several offices in different places, you need to mention all of them, so the user or lawyer can pick the best one according to the localization and specialization)
- 3. Add participants (registration of company employees and lawyers, adding roles for each participant). At this stage, the company admin can determine edit access for each participant.
How long does it take to verify my company?
Company verification will take a maximum of 1-2 days.
How do potential clients find our office profile?
If your profile matches the request and the user's location, it will appear in the search results. You will have a huge advantage if the information in your profile is more than detailed and full so that the Prakle algorithms can index it and match it with the user's request.
Can I add more than 1 office profile from one user account?
Yes, if you have the right to create office profiles, you can add multiple offices from one account.
How can I give access to my co-workers to manage office profiles?
You can add Members while creating the company profile or simply manage it on Company Dashboard.
Can I submit multiple profiles for my company?
It's not the company profile that is showing, but it's the office profile. You can create a profile for each company office.
How many practice areas can I add to my profile?
Up to 10 practice areas can be added to your office profile.
How can I track my company's performance on Prakle?
You can check your company’s performance using Company Dashboard - Analytics Dashboard.
What if my profile doesn’t appear in the search results?
If you filled in the entire information about the company including practices, and locations, and it has a good reputation, then your profile will appear in the search results. The company profile is not displayed in the search only if it doesn't match the user's specific request.

What are the differences between user roles?
- Administrator - can edit everything, can manage companies, office profiles, dashboards, and users, reply to messages, create chats and make any changes.
- Manager - has pretty much the same rights as the admin, but cannot remove information about the company, or office and delete members of the company/offices.
- Lawyer - can edit own profile, use the messenger, answer questions but cannot edit company or office profile.
Can I remove users?
Only the Administrator can remove users.
How many users can manage office profiles?
Only the "Manager" or "Admin" can edit and manage the office profile. There can be multiple users with these roles.
Сan I remove my profile from Prakle?
Sure, you can delete your profile via Dashboard.

Can non-registered users leave feedback?
Only registered users can leave feedback.
Can I delete any reviews?
You cannot delete users' reviews, but you can make a complaint about unfair reviews and we will consider your application.
How my client can submit a review on Prakle?
Users should enter the name of your company in the search and go to the office profile where they will be able to leave you a review.

We rank companies and select them according to the user's request. The company rating is built based on the data specified by the user. This means that companies do not pay for the ranking in the search results, users in turn receive the most relevant search results, and companies can get a client who is interested in working with them.

How do you calculate the overall rating?
When compiling Prakle rating, we consider company profile information, client reviews, and all public information about the company or lawyer, as well as information from official sources. More rating information is here.
How do you calculate social rating?
The social rating is based on data from social networks such as Facebook, Yelp, Twitter, and Linkedin. With the help of custom ML algorithms, we сonvert reviews from social networks into a quantitative assessment and show the final result to users.
The social rating is not 100% reliable, but it helps users see real reviews from real people, and lawyers do their job professionally to avoid receiving negative reviews on social platforms.

You can submit a request to edit a review. At a company profile, you may see that each review has an Edit button. Please log in to edit the review.
